GVHBA Parade of Homes

On Sunday, June 12th, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the popular Parade of Renovated & Custom Homes, presented by the Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association (GVHBA), will showcase 15 professionally renovated homes, and Vancouver custom homes. This Year My House Design/Build Team has the honour of showcasing 3 of our award winning renovation and custom home projects as well as 2 incredible projects under construction.

Of the entire tour, this is your “MUST SEE.” It’s the winner of 2016 BC Georgie Awards for Best Any Room, Best Kitchen Renovation over $100,000, and Best Certified Whole House Renovation. Its 6000 square feet have been fully renovated making the 25-year-old home new. This renovation, just beginning the finishing stages, includes the digging out of the basement for additional space making room for a home theatre, wine cellar, and bar. When finished this home will feature an updated, solid granite, exterior face and a dramatic French Provincial style interior.
