Brightening Their Space: Fixed Price Home Renovation Delta
Many of our fixed price home renovations in Delta and Vancouver involve removing walls to open up a dated space. In our Delta Cove project, we not only transformed their floor plan, we created a space that better suits their lifestyle and taste.
Prior to renovating, the entry, living room, kitchen, and dining areas were all separated. Dark and cramped, there was poor flow between the spaces making the home feel much smaller. After renovating, the home is now brighter and more open. With layers of general, task, and ambient lighting the space has the right feel for every occasion.

Modernizing a Family Home
The most important part of this renovation was updating the home’s layout as it was no longer functional. By removing the walls between the kitchen, dining room, and hallway we created an open great room, perfect for family time or entertaining. Removing these walls allowed for a larger kitchen with more storage and better sightlines.
New stainless steel appliances further add to the function of this easy to clean kitchen. It’s simple, white, subway tile backsplash is easy to wipe down and it’s white quartz countertops are incredibly durable. It’s new island has seating for 3 and is lit by 3 hanging pendants.
Tying in all of these new elements is the decor. The beachy furniture and geometric window treatments bring in some colour and texture. The beach wood, picnic style dining table and matching buffet are swoon worthy and give this space it’s casual and lived in vibe.
