Welcome to our townhouse renovation project Westcoast Glow, where a dated space has been expertly transformed into a modern, functional home designed for a growing family.

We began by reimagining the kitchen, the heart of the home. Previously dark and cramped, it is now a bright, open space with light wood cabinetry, sleek grey countertops, and natural wood flooring. The design enhances both functionality and aesthetic appeal, creating a welcoming environment for everyday living.

To ensure an organized, clutter-free kitchen, we incorporated integrated appliances and an appliance garage, allowing for seamless storage of non-essential items. A new door to the backyard provides convenient access for family gatherings and outdoor enjoyment, further enhancing the flow of the space.

The laundry room was also reworked to improve both efficiency and organization, supporting the family’s busy lifestyle with upgraded storage and thoughtful design.

The entryway received a fresh update with new paint and a redesigned walkway, providing a polished first impression and setting a welcoming tone for visitors.

 

The staircase was redesigned to create a more open, modern feel, improving the flow between levels and contributing to the overall spaciousness of the home.

 

In the living area, inset lighting and a newly designed fireplace create a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for family relaxation and entertaining guests. From outdated to exceptional, this renovation demonstrates how a thoughtful approach to design can transform a space into a bright, comfortable, and functional home.
