Home renovations Coquitlam: Although we are calling this a renovation, it was also a “from the ground up” build. Some parts of the original building site were utilized and a new custom home built in its place. This house was transformed from a 1960s bungalow into this stunning three story home. The award-winning home renovation incorporates natural wood beams, glass (including a 20 foot glass wall letting natural light into all floors, and a huge glass staircase), metal and concrete for a modern industrial look. The warm, neutral colour palette creates a subtle backdrop for these varied textures to shine through.

More than a Kitchen Renovation

One of the intents on this project was to bring the outdoors in. Off the kitchen, we installed a glass nano wall which folds out of the way to allow seamless passage from kitchen to deck. Walls were also removed and rooms were connected and expanded to create this impressive transformation.

Neutral tones with dark accents were used throughout the home and kitchen to create a chic but classic look. Modern industrial accents, like a glass dining table and stainless steel high end appliances anchor the space.
