This newly transformed home was redesigned entirely in a refined French Provincial style. Recognizing the home’s potential, the client wanted to totally transform their mid-80’s home both inside and out. The My House Design Team incorporated Feng-Shui principles: completely reconfiguring the main floor and re-aligning staircases and doorways for better flow.

The newly configured showpiece kitchen was repositioned to take advantage of the expansive ocean and mountain views. Designed for quiet family get-togethers or grand entertaining, the kitchen incorporates a perfect work-triangle in an open-concept kitchen.  The beautiful centre island is a functional show piece, providing seating and storage and boasts French Provincial decorative details. A separate spice and wok kitchen hides more complex cooking from eye sight. Custom, full-height cabinetry features stunning glass doors and includes the perfect transition of custom millwork blending hood fan to ceiling.
